ACTUELLEMENT DISPONIBLE
FULL CIRCLE BEN
Age: 22 Years Old (June 17, 2003)
Height: 15.2hh approx.
Suitability: Companion
Ben is a kind-hearted gelding with a lifetime of memories and so much love to give. After spending nearly all his life with his owner/breeder, Ben has had a whirlwind couple of years due to no fault of his own, and now he’s dreaming of a forever home where he can finally settle down for good.
Why Ben Will Steal Your Heart:
Ben adores his equine friends, especially the mares, and will be the ultimate pasture buddy. He can be a bit food-motivated, but hey, who isn’t? Ben is a sweetheart to handle and loves human attention. He’s happiest when his friends (both two- and four-legged) are nearby. And here’s the exciting update—over the winter, Ben enjoyed a few short hacks with his foster mom and absolutely loved getting out and having a little job to do! As long as it wasn’t too strenuous, he was eager to go. He even rode out solo, bareback, like a rockstar.
Care Notes:
Ben’s 22-year-old body carries a little extra wisdom (and some typical old-age soreness), so he’d still prefer the easy life as a companion horse. With proper care and love, he’ll thrive in a calm, consistent environment. This resilient boy has had a lot of change in the past year. After being adopted, he struggled to adjust to his new life and returned to our foster care program. He’s since undergone rehab for a winter injury and is doing well. Ben moved to a new foster home in the late summer due to some changes for his first foster mom, and while he’s adjusting beautifully, what he truly deserves is a permanent family where he’ll never have to move again.
If you’re looking for a lovable, steady companion who enjoys a little adventure now and then, Ben might be the perfect match for you!

THE STEALTH
Age: 22 Years Old (April 6, 2003)
Height: 15hh approx.
Suitability: Companion / Casual Driving or Riding
Meet Steal, a charming gelding looking for a loving home where he can enjoy the next stage of his life. He thrives on human interaction and especially enjoys the attention of children, often waiting at the paddock gate to greet visitors. While his current caretakers don’t have dogs on-site, we’ve been told he lived peacefully with them in his previous home. Steal is a calm and confident presence, unfazed by highway traffic and the daily activity around him, and he loves to be groomed—often responding with a head toss and sticking out his tongue.
Though he’s been lightly ridden in the past, Steal originally raced in harness and could do light, occasional pleasure driving or casual trail riding. He has been ridden a handful of times by his previous owner and about a dozen times in his current home, all with beginner experience. He was patient and forgiving as they learned, with only a few playful bucks during early trot work and his caretakers noted it was likely due to their own inexperience. With consistent groundwork and a confident handler, Steal is a willing partner and enjoys lunging before work to settle his energy. While he has always been turned out solo in his current home, they do believe that he has been in turnout with other horses previously.
Steal is in good health, maintains a thick winter coat without the need for blanketing, and is easy to handle for the farrier. He loves a consistent routine, is expressive in a lighthearted way when he feels his handler needs to step up, and shows a fun, playful side when given the chance to engage in simple games for treats. He’s been an excellent teacher for his current first-time horse owners—kind, patient, and always honest in his feedback. If you're looking for a personable and low-key companion with character and heart, Steal would make a wonderful addition to the right home.

SPORTIKA
Age: 8 Years Old (March 18, 2017)
Height: 16hh approx.
Suitability: Companion/Potential Riding Partner
Say hello to Sportika, a smart, kind, and breathtakingly beautiful mare who’s ready to find her perfect match! With a short but impressive racing career and three foals under her belt, this young lady is ready for her next chapter. Despite limited vision due to Equine Hereditary Microphthalmia, Sportika is 100% sound, pain-free, and eager to bond with someone who sees her true potential.
What Makes Sportika Special:
Sportika’s calm demeanor and intelligence make her a dream to work with. She’s a quick learner and loves to connect with her handler. Despite her limited vision, Sportika is comfortable and capable of becoming a wonderful riding partner with the right training and bond. Horses with eyesight challenges can do incredible things (just Google “Endo the Blind” for inspiration)! She’s also an amazing option for someone looking for a kind and loving companion horse.
Care Notes:
Sportika’s limited vision doesn’t hold her back, but she does need a little extra care: A fly mask is recommended when she’s outside to protect her eyes. A safe, familiar environment will help her thrive. With her soundness and willingness, she’s ready for groundwork, saddle training, or just loving attention from her new family.
She’s looking for someone patient and understanding who’s ready to build a bond and help her shine. With the right person, there’s no doubt she’ll make a wonderful, dependable partner—whether on the ground or under saddle.

BLISSFULL KISS
Age: 23 Years Old (April 25, 2002)
Height: 16hh approx.
Suitability: Companion / Light Driving or Riding
Say hello to Kiss, a stunning and accomplished mare who’s truly aged like fine wine. With over $225,000 in race earnings and a stellar broodmare career, this remarkable lady is ready for her next adventure. Sound, healthy, and full of life, Kiss still has so much to offer and is looking for a loving home to enjoy her golden years.
Why Kiss Is So Special:
Kiss is a head-turner, inside and out, and has been impeccably cared for her entire life. While she hasn’t been ridden or driven in a few years, Kiss has a solid foundation and would likely pick it back up with ease. Whether as a light driving partner or a casual riding horse, she’s ready to shine in a second career. As a typical alpha mare, Kiss takes charge in a herd without being mean—she’s a confident and dependable companion for other horses.
Care Notes:
Kiss is in excellent health and up to date on all her veterinary and farrier care. She’s used to having a stall in bad weather but does equally well in a pasture setting. Her owner is beginning to downsize and wants Kiss to find a home where she’ll continue to be loved and appreciated.
Kiss is looking for a kind and loving home where she can either continue light work or simply enjoy the companionship of a caring owner. She has so much love to give and many wonderful years ahead of her, whether as a light driving/riding horse or as the queen of your pasture.

JOHNNY
Age: 5 Years Old (Approximately)
Height: 14.1hh approx.
Suitability: Flat Work
Say hello to Johnny, an adorable and snuggly gelding who’s as sweet as he is full of potential. Johnny’s journey hasn’t been the typical Standardbred story—he’s unregistered, never raced, and hasn’t been exposed to a lot of the usual experiences that come with being a Standardbred. But that makes him a clean slate, perfect for someone looking for a rewarding project horse!
Why Johnny Is So Special:
Johnny hasn’t been started under saddle yet, but he moved to a training foster on November 20th and has begun his groundwork and will start his under-saddle training soon. He’s a blank canvas waiting for the right person to guide him. With his snuggly personality and love for attention, Johnny is sure to steal your heart. After a tendon injury and some on/off lameness, Johnny’s previous owner rehabilitated him carefully. Since arriving with us, Johnny has had time to relax, and he’s now sound and ready for a flat-work future.
Care Notes:
Johnny is best suited for flat work only, but with proper care and a thoughtful training program, he has the potential to be an amazing pleasure horse. As he’s unregistered and hasn’t had traditional Standardbred training, Johnny will need slow, patient handling to ensure his soundness and confidence for the long term.
Johnny may be a project, but with his kind heart and willingness to learn, he’s going to be worth every step of the journey. Whether you’re looking for a pleasure riding horse or simply a sweet, snuggly companion to bond with, Johnny has so much to offer.

DONTDOUBTTHELAKERS
Age: 15 Years Old (February 20, 2010)
Height: 15hh approx.
Suitability: Trail Riding / Companion
Say hello to Laker, a handsome, sweet-natured gelding ready to find his next family! After years of being well-loved, Laker is looking for a quiet retirement home where he can enjoy the good life. His current owners adore him and would love to stay in touch—maybe even visit him in his new home!
What Makes Laker Special:
While Laker is green under saddle, he’s been ridden and loves exploring the trails. He’ll thrive with a calm, confident rider who can help him feel secure. Though he can be a bit spooky at times, Laker’s gentle nature shines through, and he’s happiest when he’s building trust with his person. Due to some arthritis and old injuries from his racing days, Laker is best suited for easy, quiet pleasure riding and trails.
Care Notes:
Laker is currently turned out during the day and stalled at night but would likely adjust well to 24/7 turnout with blankets. His arthritis doesn’t stop him from enjoying life, but he’ll thrive in a low-impact lifestyle with lots of TLC.
This lovely gelding is perfect for someone looking for a quiet, kind-hearted partner for light riding or a trusted companion in the pasture. He’s ready to bring joy to your life and would make an incredible family member for the right person.

LUCKY PLACE
Age: 22 Years Old (March 16, 2003)
Height: 15.3hh
Suitability: Trail Riding / Companion
Monica is proof that age is just a number! This stunning mare has lived quite the adventure, and now she’s looking for her perfect match. She’s full of life, energy, and heart, with a beautiful spirit that refuses to be dimmed.
A Bit About Monica’s Journey
Monica was vet-checked in late October and showed no signs of pregnancy, but in an unexpected turn, she delivered a stillborn foal at the end of February. Sadly, the foal was also deformed, which may explain why Monica showed minimal attachment or interest. While this was a tough moment, Monica has bounced back quickly—her strength and resilience are truly remarkable. She’s doing very well and is more than ready to move forward into a bright future.
Why You’ll Love Monica
Monica has been under saddle and is a forward, fun ride. She loves to move, so if standing around isn’t your thing either, she might be your perfect match. She stole the show in holiday Santa Claus parades, handling all the sights and sounds like a pro. She’s got courage to spare and would love to be your trail superstar. While she’s not a fan of standing still, she’s all business when it comes to work—no naughty behavior, just a busy mind ready to focus on her next task.
Care Notes
Monica is currently working on a light exercise plan, which she’s doing great and just needs someone who will help her stay active and healthy. She thrives on 24/7 turnout (indoor stabling makes her anxious), so she’s perfect for someone who loves the outdoor life.
Who She Needs
Monica needs a confident and experienced handler who can guide her forward energy in the right direction. She’s not difficult—just eager to get to work and ready to be your partner in adventure.
If you’re looking for a brave, hardworking, and resilient mare, Monica is ready to meet you. Could you be the one to give her the loving home she deserves?

TWOTHOUSAND STRONG
Age: 25 Years Old (May 15, 2000)
Height: 15hh
Suitability: Companion / Light Work
Say hello to Gage, a wise and tough-as-nails gelding who’s ready for a new chapter in his life. Rescued from an auction sale in Nov 2024, Gage was sold as a 12-year-old, but a quick brand check revealed his true age—25 years of resilience and spirit. He arrived thin and worn down, but after some serious TLC, Gage is thriving, and now he’s ready to find a home where he can enjoy the retirement he’s earned.
Why Gage Is One-of-a-Kind:
Don’t let his age fool you—Gage has the energy and attitude to outrun horses half his age when the mood strikes him. After a lifetime as an Amish driving horse, Gage is learning to embrace retirement. He’s still figuring out that people can be sweet and snuggly without asking for anything in return, but he’s warming up to the spoiled life. This opinionated old man is smart as a whip and loves to keep you on your toes. For someone who loves a horse with character, Gage is a gem.
Care Notes:
Gage is in excellent health for his age—his vaccinations and dental work are up to date, and he’s adding weight beautifully (though he’s determined to eat you out of house and home while he finishes filling out!). He has some creaks in his bones, but they don’t stop him from enjoying life to the fullest.
While Gage has never been ridden, he has the energy to learn if someone wants to teach him—and he’d likely love an occasional trek around the field. Gage could still do some light driving, but he’s a bit bullish when starting out, according to his auction notes. Once he’s moving, though, he’s steady as can be—classic “opinionated senior” energy!

PL ANTARES
Age: 21 Years Old (May 14, 2004)
Height: 17hh approx.
Suitability: Trail Riding / Companion
Bob is a remarkable 21-year-old Standardbred gelding searching for a loving home where he can spend his years surrounded by care and kindness. Standing approximately 17hh, this gentle giant has overcome incredible hardships and has transformed into a kind-hearted companion.
Rescued four years ago from a heartbreaking past, Bob spent years locked in a barn without proper care. Due to this neglect, he developed a deformed cheek from repeatedly hitting his head on a low ceiling light. When he was first rescued, he could barely walk, but thanks to the dedication of his current owner, he has made a full recovery and is now in excellent condition. Unfortunately, his owner is moving and cannot take him along, so they are hoping to find him a loving new home.
Bob is an incredibly sweet and social horse who thrives in the company of others. He prefers living outside 24/7 and gets along well with all geldings. While he is kind and willing, he does get a little anxious when left alone for too long. He has been sat on and is accepting of a rider, but riding is still a new experience for him, so he would do best with a patient and understanding handler.
Though he is generally easygoing, Bob isn’t a fan of having his face touched. Aside from that, he is a truly loving and gentle horse who has so much to offer. He is fully up to date on vaccinations, deworming, dental work, and farrier care and is currently barefoot.
Bob has come so far and deserves a forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and appreciated. If you’re looking for a companion horse with a heart of gold or a rewarding project, Bob could be the perfect fit for you.

GISELLE
Age: Approx. 12 years old
Height: 15.3hh approx.
Suitability: Flat Work / Companion
This lovely mare is currently barefoot and up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming. She lives outside 24/7 with blankets during the winter months. Naturally timid and ranking low within the herd, she is gentle once caught and never pulls or misbehaves. Interestingly, she seems to prefer the company of children over adults, responding best to a quiet, patient approach. While she is green broke to drive, she did show signs of soreness when overworked. She would benefit from veterinary assessment and chiropractic care to ensure there are no underlying issues causing discomfort. Despite this, she has beautiful movement in the field and is otherwise sound.
Under saddle, she has only been ridden at a walk in a round pen and remains quite nervous. She requires slow, confidence-building experiences guided by an understanding person who is willing to work at her pace.
The ideal home for this mare will be with a kind, patient person who is willing to invest the time to earn her trust. Someone experienced with nervous horses and confidence-building would be best. She needs a quiet environment where she won’t be rushed or pressured, along with a turnout situation that allows her to learn and adapt to a routine. It’s essential to have a farrier who can work with her gently, especially since her back feet require additional handling.
It is important to be aware of some of her challenges. She can be difficult to catch in a field and is not food motivated, making the process more complicated. She is also nervous during farrier work; while she is good with her front feet, her back feet still need work. Additionally, she has right-side anxiety and is particularly scared of ropes, cowboy hats, and assertive handling.
This mare was never meant to be rehomed. Unfortunately, due to an unrelated accident, her current owner is unable to keep her. To avoid multiple transitions and potential loss of confidence, we are urgently seeking a permanent, loving home where she can thrive with patience and understanding.

BIG JOURNEY
Age: 10 Years Old (May 13, 2015)
Height: 17hh
Suitability: Flat Work/Trail Riding
This big, lovable goofball joined our program in December 2024, after suffering a tendon tear in his last race. Now, after months of careful rehab and dedicated care, Journey is making fantastic progress. He has been cleared to start light riding to build up strength again, and is also cleared for day turnout, as long as he’s not too rowdy with his paddock mates.
While barefoot and 100% sound right now, he may benefit from front shoes for additional support as he continues to rebuild his strength. He still needs support for the tendon in the form of bandages or boots during light exercise. It’s important to note that tendon injuries can take over a year to completely heal, but Journey is well on his way. Now, it’s all about giving him time and focusing on proper muscle building.
Journey loves attention and will happily soak up all the scratches and treats you have to offer. He will not be suitable for a beginner or timid handler—he knows how to charm his way into getting what he wants! Boredom has been his biggest issue during rehab, so he would do best with someone who rides more than 1–2 times a week. He craves having a job and purpose.
This handsome guy has a big, gorgeous trot that would excel in the dressage ring. He’s going to make an incredible riding partner for the right person who is willing to put in the work and bring him along properly.
Journey is ready for adoption to find his perfect home where he can continue building strength and thriving under saddle. He is up to date on all of his vaccinations, farrier and dental.

LOW RISE JEANS
Age: 19 Years Old (March 19, 2006)
Height: 15.1hh
Suitability: Companion
Jeanie has settled beautifully into her foster home and is now fully up to date on her dental care, vaccinations, and farrier work. She’s thriving on 24/7 turnout, is an easy keeper, and gets along well with other horses. While she can be a bit bossy in the herd, she’s not mean—she just likes her personal space to be respected.
Jeanie does have boney arthritic changes in her left front knee from an old, unknown injury. She’s fully adjusted to it and is cleared for life as a pasture companion with Prevequine support. The only thing she asks for is a patient farrier, as that leg doesn’t flex quite like it used to.
With her spunky personality and pep in her step, Jeanie brings a joyful energy to the farm. She’s best suited for a home with some horse experience, as her confidence and spark may be a bit much for beginners. That said, she’s affectionate, full of heart, and ready to be someone’s special girl.
If you’re looking for a companion with charm, personality, and a story to tell—Jeanie might just be the perfect match.

GARRETTS GUIDE
Age: 9 Years Old (March 25, 2016)
Height: Approx. 15.1hh
Suitability: TBD
After retiring from the racetrack at the end of January, Mr. G has been enjoying some well-deserved rest and relaxation. Now settling into his post-racing life, he’s proving to be an absolute gentleman in every way.
This sweet-natured gelding is as easygoing as they come—nothing seems to faze him, and he takes everything in stride. He leads beautifully, stands quietly for the farrier, and absolutely loves treats and grooming. In the pasture, he’s low in the pecking order and keeps to himself, but he gets along well with his paddock mates.
Looking ahead, Mr. G shows great potential as a future riding horse. His gentle personality and willing nature make him an excellent prospect for a dedicated partner. As a smaller-built horse, he would be best suited for a lighter rider if he transitions into a riding home. While he does have a few cosmetic bumps and blemishes from his race career, he would likely excel in a flatwork or trail-riding home where he can enjoy a relaxed and fulfilling second career.
For now, Mr. G is embracing his downtime with daytime turnout and a cozy stall at night. Stay tuned for more updates as he continues his transition into this exciting new chapter!

CHOCOLATE CRACKERS
Age: 14 Years Old (April 14, 2011)
Height: 16hh
Suitability: TBD
After an incredible career spanning 386 starts, 48 wins, and over $500,000 in earnings, Crackers has more than earned his retirement. This classy, intelligent, and well-loved gelding gave his all on the track, and now he’s getting the care he needs to heal and prepare for his next adventure.
Unfortunately, in a race at the end of December 2024, Crackers pulled up lame with a hairline fracture in his coffin bone. But don’t count this warrior out—since getting bar shoes, he’s been 100% sound and joined our program in January 2025 to begin his rehab journey.
What’s Next for Crackers? He is currently on stall rest to allow for proper healing, and hand-walking will begin soon to gradually build strength. Once cleared, he’ll start under saddle – and with his intelligence and experience, he’s going to make an incredible riding horse. A full recovery is expected – as long as we take things slow and steady.
A war horse like Crackers deserves the best, but rehabilitation is costly. We are currently looking for sponsors to help cover:
Feed & hay to keep him strong
Shavings & stall care during his recovery
Vet work & rehab expenses to ensure he gets the best care possible
Want to be part of Crackers’ journey?
You can help this incredible athlete heal and thrive in his next chapter! Visit our sponsorship page or donate via our donation button to support Crackers as he makes his well-deserved comeback.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Crackers’ racing connections for reaching out and ensuring his long-term safety and well-being in his next chapter. It is because of responsible owners and trainers like them that horses like Crackers get the second chance they deserve.
For now, he’s resting up, soaking in all the attention, and reminding us why he was so beloved throughout his racing career. Stay tuned—this champion’s story is far from over!

CACE
Age: 20 Years Old
Height: 15.2hh approx.
Suitability: TBD
Cace joined our foster care program in February after a challenging journey. Originally rescued last fall, he was abandoned by the individual who took him in. A kind samaritan cared for him, but financial constraints led them to ask us for help.
Cace had a recent vet appointment, and while he is between 18-22 years old, the vet believes he is most likely around 19-20. His heart and lungs are healthy, and his teeth are in decent shape for his age. However, he has a small secondary infection on his back, likely from a poor-fitting blanket, and is being treated with regular brushing and bathing. He was vaccinated at the same time. The vet suspects an old stifle injury and arthritis in his hind legs, recommending Previcox daily and Bute on farrier days for pain management.
Cace is currently around 850-900 lbs, though he should weigh closer to 1000-1100 lbs. To help him gain weight, he’s being fed 6 lbs twice a day with added Canola oil. His weight and overall progress will be rechecked in a month. At this stage, he is too weak to assess whether he can be ridden, but once he gains muscle and weight, we’ll be able to evaluate his potential for light riding.
Cace is not available for adoption yet, but we’re committed to his rehabilitation and will continue to provide updates on his progress. Thank you for your support in helping him recover!
